Tu in tam nadloga prizadene tudi moške. Prepričanje, da je maščoba, ki jo vsebuje celulit drugačna od maščobe drugod po telesu, je med laiki dokaj zakoreninjeno, a ne drži. Pri celulitu zdravje ni posebej ogroženo, razen če je celulit povezan s pretirano debelostjo. Določeni deli telesa,<strong> kot so stegna in zadnjica, so prav posebej nagnjeni h grudičasti maščobi</strong>. Ta celulit se izredno težko odpravi in navadno nastane ob čezmernem sproščanju hormonov denimo v <strong>puberteti, med nosečnostjo, ob menopavzi</strong>.</p>

<p>Slab pretok limfe lahko prispeva k nastanku celulita. Limfa je mlečna tekočina, ki po limfnem ožilju odnaša odvečno tekočino, odpadne snovi in strupe iz tkiv v kri. <strong>Slabo kroženje limfe zaradi odvečne maščobe, premalo gibanja in zastajanje vode lahko povzroči, da se začnejo ti odpadki kopičiti v tkivih.</strong> To bi bil lahko vzrok za to, da imajo celulit tudi ženske, ki niso predebele.</p>

<p>Skušajte ohranjati normalno težo in se izogibajte hitremu zvečanju teže. Redno telovadite, da boste izboljšali čvrstost telesa, zmanjšali maščevje, povečali mišično masa in pospešili kroženje limfe in krvi. <strong>Izogibajte se dolgotrajnemu stanju in sedenju. Vsak dan pojejte nekaj sadja in več zelenjave.</strong> Omejite vnos alkohola in kofeina. Vsak dan popijte toliko tekočine na podlagi vode, da ne boste žejni.</p>

<p>Beljakovine so temeljni strukturni in funkcionalni elementi v vsaki celici. Takoj za vodo so beljakovine naslednja najbolj bogata kemična spojina v telesu. <strong>Oskrbujejo organizem z aminokislinami, ki so pomembni gradniki telesa.</strong> Beljakovine, ki vsebujejo vse esencialne aminokisline imajo visoko biološko vrednost. <p>Pri pomanjkanju vseh energijskih snovi začne organizem izrabljati lastne beljakovine za energijo. Beljakovine se razlikujejo med seboj po biološki vrednosti (BV). Ta nam pove, koliko <strong>gramov lastnih beljakovin lahko organizem proizvede iz 100g zaužitih prebavljivih beljakovin.</strong> Najvišjo biološko vrednost imajo kombinacije beljakovinskih živil živalskega in rastlinskega izvora, srednjo biološko vrednost imajo živila živalskega izvora, najnižjo pa živila rastlinskega izvora.</p>
<h3><span class="td_btn td_btn_md td_default_btn" style="background-color: #ffff00; color: #000000;">MAŠČOBE</span></h3>
<p>Maščobe predstavljajo za organizem izredno pomemben vir energije. Prisotnost določenega deleža maščob v hrani je pomembna predvsem zaradi esencialnih maščobnih kislin in razpoložljivosti <strong>v maščobah topnih vitaminov, ter okusa, ki ga maščobe dajejo hrani</strong>. Prehrana naj bi dnevno vsebovala od 15 do 30% energije iz maščob. Maščobe so za telo energijski material, poleg tega zagotavljajo v njih topne vitamine (A, D,E in K) in maščobne kisline, ki jih telo nujno potrebuje vendar jih samo ne more sintetizirati.</p>
<h4>Kar zadeva prehrano, maščobe izboljšujejo obstojnost, vonj in okus živil.</h4>
<p>Esencialne maščobne kisline regulirajo presnovo maščob. Te kisline uravnavajo sprejemanje maščob iz črevesa in so bistvena sestavina celičnih membran in maščobnega tkiva. Maščobne kisline se razlikujejo v <strong>številu C atomov</strong> (kratka veriga, srednje dolga in dolga veriga), ter v <strong>številu dvojnih vezi</strong> (nasičene, nenasičene). Maščobe ki vsebujejo dolge maščobne kisline imajo višje tališče. Količina hrane, ki vsebuje maščobe, je po volumnu manjša.</p>

<p>Ogljikovi hidrati oskrbujejo telo predvsem z energijo, vendar so s svojimi sestavinami vključeni tudi v vsako telesno celico. Nastajajo predvsem v rastlinah s fotosintezo, zato so glavna sestavina živil rastlinskega izvora. <strong>Orientacijska vrednost za vnos ogljikovih hidratov, kot jo navajajo Referenčne vrednosti za vnos hranil je nad 50 % dnevnih energijskih potreb.</strong> Priporočljivo je obilno uživanje ogljikovih hidratov, če so to praviloma živila, ki vsebujejo škrob in prehransko vlaknino, pa tudi esencialne hranljive snovi in sekundarne rastlinske snovi. <strong>Fokus preskrbe z ogljikovimi hidrati</strong> naj bodo živila, ki vsebujejo polisaharide, uporaba sladkorja pa naj bo zmerna.</p>

<p>Ker jih telo ne more prebaviti, gredo skozenj ne da bi dodale kakšno kalorijo. V študiji, ki so jo leta 1999 objavili Glasniku ameriškega medicinskega združenja, so raziskovalci 10 let spremljali prehrano 2909 moških in žensk. <strong>Tisti, ki so uživali hrano, bogato z vlakninami, so tehtali povprečno skoraj 4,5 kg manj kot tisti, ki so uživali hrano z zelo malo vlaknin.</strong> Zelo verjetno pa so imeli od svojega načina prehranjevanja tudi druge koristi.</p>

<p>V črevesju prehransko vlaknino deloma razgradijo bakterije v maščobne kisline, ki znižujejo pH- vrednost vsebine črevesa in č<strong>revesni sluznici obenem služijo kot hranljiva snov</strong>. Prehranska vlaknina ima pozitivne lastnosti pri zaprtosti, prekomerni telesni teži, nastanku žolčnih kamnov, diabetesu in aterosklerozi.</p>
<h3><span class="td_btn td_btn_md td_default_btn" style="background-color: #ffff00; color: #000000;">VITAMINI IN MINERALI</span></h3>
